Payment and Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required to secure a reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a partial refund, barring a non-refundable deposit. Weather cancellations: If weather prevents your trip from leaving the dock it will be rescheduled based on schedule availability or it will be refunded in full. If weather forces your trip to be cut short, your trip will be prorated based on trip price and time spent on the water.
