Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for AMI Charters, LLC Acceptance of Terms: By booking a trip with AMI Charters, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Safety and Compliance: All passengers must comply with safety instructions from the crew and adhere to all maritime laws and regulations. Liability Release: Customers participate in all activities at their own risk and must sign a liability waiver prior to boarding. Payment and Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required to secure a reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a partial refund, barring a non-refundable deposit. Weather cancellations: If weather prevents your trip from leaving the dock it will be rescheduled based on schedule availability or it will be refunded in full. If weather forces your trip to be cut short, your trip will be prorated based on trip price and time spent on the water. Conduct: AMI Charters reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a customer's behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold AMI Charters harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's actions. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Florida and according to the laws of the state. Subcontractor Engagement: AMI Charters may, at its discretion, engage subcontractors to fulfill its services. All subcontractors will be held to the same standards of service, safety, and professional conduct as AMI Charters. Customers agree that AMI Charters is not liable for the actions or omissions of such subcontractors, except as provided by law. Alteration of Terms: AMI Charters may alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Acknowledgment of Risks: Customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with fishing and boating and accept full responsibility for personal injury and loss of personal belongings. Insurance: Customers are advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Maritime Law: The operations of AMI Charters are subject to federal maritime law, which may limit liability.
